Recommended replacement products are available.

The MultiConnect® Cell 100 Series cellular modem is a compact communications platform that provides cellular capabilities for fixed and mobile applications. It is intended for use in settings demanding reliable performance under rugged conditions, low power and long range such as remotely monitoring solar micro-inverters, power generators, tanks, pipelines, meters, pumps and valves in any energy, utility or industrial application.

The MultiConnect®rCell 100 series of industrial cellular routers, optimized for secure M2M (machine-tomachine)/Internet of Things (IoT) applications, offer an Ethernet or serial network interface platform ready to deploy. The intuitive user interface and cloud device management allows for quick configuration and over-the-air upgrades. Enhanced with features such as WAN Failover, secure software updates, advanced firewall and routing configuration, and Certificate Management, the MultiConnect rCell 100 series creates an ideal environment for secure and redundant communications critical to the reliability of remote monitoring systems in a variety of industries. The MultiConnect rCell 100 series of cellular routers offer a long, stable lifecycle, an important consideration for M2M/IoT solutions.

V. Warranty and Support

MultiTech will provide technical support and repair or exchange of the products listed in this announcement through the warranty period of the installed device. However, no firmware/software updates or maintenance releases will take place post NEOL date.
